So how is a great idea like Scrolls born?

It all started when the president of iScrolls, Shawn Yazdani, started creating recordings of his notes to study during medical school. After all, have you seen those medical text books? These recordings quickly became the hottest commodity among his friends after he had to defend why it always sounded like he was talking to himself while he studied!

You can guess where it went from there. Yazdani decided to have the notes professionally recorded and started selling the notes with a not surprising amount of success. Then, another great idea came to Yazdani. What if people could actually hear and read the notes simultaneously? If the audio of the notes was so helpful, why not add in an extra dish to the recipe and offer transcripts to those notes? As more requests came for these transcripts to go with the recordings, modern day Scrolls were born.

When iPhone made the decision to open up the app store, iScrolls found a perfect home. With one simple mission of offering readers the most satisfying and convenient way to experience books, iScrolls is now offering more titles, to more end users, in the most unique way!
